Wood Furniture Making Competition Prize Presentation

Highlighting the creativity of woodworking companies and entrepreneurs in the wood industry in the country was among the goals of the Wood Furniture Making Competition. It was held on 19th October morning, at Kampung Sungai Hanching to commemorate the International Day of Forests 2024.

The competition that was divided into 2 categories focused on producing high-quality wooden furniture with marketing potential at reasonable and affordable prices. Prizes were presented by Dayang Hajah Tutiaty binti Haji Abdul Wahab, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism. TS Wood Sendirian Berhad placed first in Category A, while Category B went to FRD Woodcraft.
