SERAMBANGUN - Residents and businesses in Serambangun Industrial Park and surrounding areas are advised to prepare for water supply disruptions and low water pressure starting tonight, due to fire hydrant upgrading works scheduled to begin at 8:30 PM.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the highland areas are expected to experience significant disruptions. Additionally, the Kampung Lumut area and parts of RPN Kampung Lumut will also face water supply issues from 9 PM tonight due to ongoing repairs on a leaking water pipe at Simpang 103, Jalan Kecil Sungai Tali, Kampung Lumut.
In conjunction with the water works, road closures will be implemented at the intersection of Jalan Pasir Berakas and Simpang 22, Jalan Lambak Kanan, Industrial Park. The road will be closed temporarily from tomorrow until the 17th of August 2024, to facilitate road repair works, which are set to occur nightly from 8 PM to 5:30 AM.
