Syariah Court Officers Enhance Skills at Enforcement and Implementation Orders Workshop.

Bandar Seri Begawan: “Bengkel Perintah Penguatkuasaan Dan Perlaksanaan” or “Enforcement and Implementation Orders Workshop” was organised to provide exposure and improve the understanding, knowledge, and skills of Syariah Court officers in carrying out the role and function of the Syariah Court towards ensuring the enforcement and implementation of orders in accordance with existing provisions. Organised by the Syariah Courts, Attorney General’s Chambers, Prime Minister’s Office, the workshop was officiated at the Brunei Supreme Court and Syariah Courts in Bandar Seri Begawan, 19th November morning.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was attended by Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Paduka Seri Utama Dato Paduka Seri Setia Awang Haji Salim bin Haji Besar, Chief Syar’ie Judge. The workshop aims to provide a deep understanding to the officers in understanding effective methods or procedures in ensuring that orders issued by the Court will be obeyed and finding solutions to issues that arise in the i
mplementation of orders.
