Sustainable Aviation Fuel Capacity Building Session

?To raise awareness on achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, Royal Brunei Airlines, RB together with the International Air Transport Association IATA, organised the Sustainable Aviation Fuel SAF Capacity Building Session. It took place at the headquarters, RB Campus, 24th October morning.

The session gathered aviation leaders, industry experts and policymakers to discuss the urgent need for SAF production and adoption as a key element in decarbonising the aviation industry. As the world faces the growing impacts of climate change, RB continues to spearhead the efforts to reduce its environmental footprint. The session also highlighted Brunei’s potential to develop its own SAF industry, leveraging the country’s existing infrastructure and resources to produce low-carbon aviation fuels.
