‘Scout On The Move’ Theme Energizes ASEAN Jamboree Participants

The theme ‘Scout On The Move’ was central to the 5th jamboree organized by the Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association, embodying the dynamism and readiness of scouts to meet contemporary challenges. The event successfully brought together over eight hundred participants from ASEAN countries, offering a range of activities and programs.

According to Radio Television Brunei, The President of the Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association elaborated on how the theme was incorporated into the jamboree’s activities, focusing on mental development, leadership knowledge, and building self-confidence among participants. The jamboree also spotlighted the Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing the scouts’ role in contributing to these global objectives.
