PEKERTI Breaks Fast with Orphans in a Gesture of Solidarity

The Welfare Body of Police’s Wives and Families (PEKERTI) hosted a breaking of fast event for orphans from the Royal Brunei Police Force in the capital. The event, which took place at a local restaurant, was part of PEKERTI’s effort to strengthen community ties during Ramadhan.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Pengiran Datin Hajah Zauyah binti Pengiran Haji Sulaiman, the President of PEKERTI, distributed hampers to the orphans as a gesture of goodwill. The organization expressed its hope that such events will foster closer relationships between its members and the orphans, enhancing the spirit of compassion and communal support during the blessed month.
