Over 100 Needy Individuals Receive Aid Through ‘Siuknya Sedekah 6.0’ Programme.

Tutong: Over 100 needy people in the Tutong District received donations from the public through the ‘Siuknya Sedekah 6.0’ Project. Organised in conjunction with Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque, Tutong Town’s 58th Anniversary, the project aimed to provide an opportunity for the public to make donations in the form of basic necessities to the needy group and to foster the practice of giving alms.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the initiative was organised by the Ibadurrahman Youth Group with the cooperation of the Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque Takmir Committee. This effort underscores the community’s commitment to supporting vulnerable groups and reinforcing the values of compassion and generosity.
