80 Kilogrammes of chicken tails were seized from a house in Kampung Sungai Tilong, believed to to have been brought into Brunei Darussalam without a Halal Import Permit.
The seizure was conducted during a joint operation by the Halal Food Control Division, Syar’iah Affairs Department and Royal Customs and Excise Department, yesterday morning. All of the chicken tails was confiscated and the case was handed over to the Royal Customs and Excise Department for further investigation and action.
