Muslims Encouraged to Intensify Worship in Ramadhan’s Final Days

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN – As the final ten days of Ramadhan approach, Muslims are being encouraged to increase their religious devotion to take advantage of Lailatul Qadar, known as the Night of Decree, which is believed to be better than a thousand months. This call to action was highlighted during the Friday Sermon, emphasizing the significance of maximizing worship during this critical period.

According to Radio Television Brunei, The Imam or Prayer Leader underscored the importance of Lailatul Qadar, a night that offers immense rewards and significance for the faithful. It is a time when Muslims are encouraged to seek the pleasure and forgiveness of Allah Ta’ala through increased prayer, recitation of the Al-Qur’an, and engaging in Zikir, the remembrance of Allah the Almighty. Given that Lailatul Qadar is most likely to occur on one of the last ten nights of Ramadhan, particularly on an odd-numbered night, the faithful are urged to seize this golden opportunity for spiritual growth and renewal.
