?Pure values and self-reliance among the youth to generate income were implemented through the Mukim Telisai Youth Festival organised by the Mukim Telisai Consultative Council. The event in conjunction with the National Youth Day Celebration took place on 1st September afternoon, at Tumpuan Telisai Recreational Park, Tutong District. Apart from sales booth, more interesting activities were held throughout the event including youth tug-of-war competition, fishing tournament and Handball tournament.
