Khat Competition Prize Presentation Ceremony

?The prizes presentation for the Calligraphy Art Competition in conjunction with the International Islamic Calligraphy Festival was held on 18th October morning. The ceremony took place at the International Convention Centre in Berakas.

Prizes were presented by Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohammad Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan, Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs, as Chairman of the Governing Board of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah School of Islamic Arts and Calligraphy. Emerged champion was Awang Haji Mohammad Nazir bin Othman, while Muhammad Riziman bin Haji Usin and Awang Haji Muhammad Fajri bin Haji Idris, won in second and third place respectively. The competition was organised by Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah School of Islamic Arts and Calligraphy.
