JERUDONG — The Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) marked World ‘In Vitro Fertilization’ (IVF) Day 2024 with a dedicated event that underscored the need for enhanced fertility treatments and equitable access for all prospective parents. The event, organized by the Reproductive Medicine Unit (RMU) at JPMC, was recently highlighted by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health and Executive Director of JPMC.

According to Radio Television Brunei, achieving high standards and quality in IVF treatment requires complex interdepartmental collaborations. The event focused on the holistic care necessary for couples undergoing IVF, emphasizing the importance of both mental and physical well-being throughout the treatment process.
