Improving Mental Health through Flower Arrangements


Mental health issues are a hot topic of conversation these days involving mental disorders, depression, emotional disturbances, lack of focus and others. Hence, a group of local entrepreneurs took the initiative to make flower arrangements as a therapy for peace of mind.

A holistic approach in looking after mental health is implemented by ‘JIWA.BN’ and ‘Flower Journal’ to organise a flower arrangement workshop. The workshop is able to provide support for personal development and improve the mental health of the participants. More importantly, it is a therapy that can bring peace of mind.

Through the workshop, participants can learn something new. By developing creativity through flower arrangements, individuals can not only find peace of mind and soul, it can even be a healing therapy for mental health issues.
