His Royal Highness Meets Outgoing Australian High Commissioner.

Bandar Seri Begawan: His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, received in audience His Excellency Luke Lazarus Arnold, the outgoing High Commissioner of Australia to Brunei Darussalam. The ceremony was held at Qashr Al-Meezaan on the morning of 27th November.

According to Radio Television Brunei, His Excellency Luke Lazarus Arnold presented his Letter of Credence to His Majesty on 24th May 2022. The meeting marked the conclusion of Arnold’s diplomatic mission in Brunei, providing an opportunity for both parties to discuss the bilateral relations between Australia and Brunei Darussalam.

The audience ceremony signifies the strong diplomatic ties and mutual respect between the two nations. The Crown Prince’s reception of the High Commissioner highlights the importance of international relations to Brunei Darussalam and the continued partnership with Australia.
