‘Pantun Sebagai Khazanah Bangsa: Bengkel Pantun Melayu Brunei’ among the activities in the Brunei Malay Arts and Culture Festival in conjunction with Language Month ended yesterday afternoon with a closing ceremony.
34 workshop participants received their certificates presented by Dayang Hajah Haireni binti Haji Awang Damit, Head of Research, Documentation and Recognition Division. The workshop, among others, aimed to instil a love of art and culture of the nation; inculcate the artistic interest of poetry creators among the younger generation and the creativity of the younger generation in creating poetry.
