KUALA BELAIT — The Pertiwi Association's Belait District Branch recently held a series of competitions in handicrafts, flower arrangement, and cooking to mark the 78th Royal Birthday Celebration. The event, hosted at the Kuala Belait Municipal Hall, drew a diverse group of 72 participants, including housewives, teenagers, and single mothers.
According to Radio Television Brunei, The competition was organized into five categories: arrangement, weaving and sewing, cooking, cakes and biscuits, and flowering plants. The event not only showcased local talent and creativity but also served as a platform for community engagement and celebration of Brunei's cultural heritage in conjunction with the national festivities.
