Basic Converts Guidance Scheme Certificate Presentation

132 new converts participated in the Basic Converts Guidance Scheme, 199th series for males and 200th series for females. The closing and certificate presentation ceremony was held simultaneously at the four districts.

In Brunei Muara District, 43 converts participated in the scheme. On hand to present the certificates was Awang Haji Abd Rajid bin Haji Mohd Salleh, Director of Islamic Da’wah Centre. The scheme included learning basic knowledge on Fardu ‘Ain and Fardu Kifayah.

In Tutong District, 35 participants received their certificates at the Closing Ceremony. It was handed over by Pengiran Doctor Haji Amiruddin bin Pengiran Haji Damit, Acting Director of Zakat, Waqaf and Baitulmal Affairs.

Meanwhile in Belait District, 36 converts received their certificates. Such a scheme prioritised the quality of learning and development of good character. The event took place at Kuala Belait Da’wah Unit.
