8th Brunei Literary Meet Concludes Successfully.

BERAKAS: The 8th Brunei Literary Meet 2024 concluded on the afternoon of November 27 with an Adjournment and Closing Ceremony at the Language and Literature Bureau in Berakas. The event was centered around the theme ‘Falsafah Negara Melayu Islam Beraja dalam Sastera: Sumbangan ke Arah Mencapai Wawasan Brunei 2035’ and included the Presentation of Resolutions.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the Adjournment and Closing Speech was delivered by Yang Berhormat Awang Abdul Aziz bin Haji Hamdan, a Member of the Legislative Council. The meet aimed to explore the contributions of the Malay Islamic Monarchy philosophy in literature and its role in achieving the goals of Brunei Vision 2035.
